Do you get that anxious feeling when you think about selling your home? So do I. I have not had good experiences in the past and am very cautious by nature. Carolyn has changed that for me. Everyone said I should rent out my home as my partner and I were combining households and it seemed to be a good option. WRONG! I rented my house for six months and it was one of the worst experiences of my life. In comes Carolyn. She had my house on the market within a week!! In 3 days time…I had a full price, CASH offer to close in 14 days, which ended up being 10 days!!!! The very next day I had earnest money and proof of funds. This was happening. This was life-changing for me. It was the best resolution I could have ever asked for to one of the hardest situations I have faced in my adult life.
