There are NO WORDS to describe the talent of these young people. TEAMWORK is a great word. From signing the listing, opening escrow, all the disclosures, and finalizing things to close escrow they were FANTASTIC. They were very helpful and informative and they were most helpful in so many ways because there was distance from me (the seller) and the property. They handled EVERYTHING I needed. I was blown away of the notion of a 30-day escrow, but they were "on it" no matter what came up and things were "on target" the whole way through. Carolyn and her husband Paul are an AMAZING team of real estate professionals that clearly know their stuff!
