Carolyn was called to try to sell our home. She was there within 24 hours taking pictures and getting a feel of the area. Contracts to sell home done in 24 hours. House listed and had buyer within 24 hours. Could not be more pleased with her work ethic and knowledge.

I am the grandmother of a college student who found renting expensive and searched for a house in which she and her roommates could rent from me with the intent of the house belonging to my granddaughter at some point. Carolyn made herself available for showings even when inconvenient for her, was immediate with interagency and buyer/seller communications, and obtained special allowances for repairs, warranties, and other extras that I did not know were possible. She worked with us even during both her and my vacations ( at separate times). She made us aware of each home’s bad as well as good points.
