Let's put it this way, if it wasn't for Carolyn, I would NOT have a house today. She was the one that not only found me the house I wanted, but the one that helped me navigate through all the "new" complexities of buying a house in South Florida today (insurance, coverage, mortgage -pros/cons, etc. THANK YOU, Carolyn, is all I should say!
