Excellent experience - too all of the worry out of purchasing a condo

My wife and I chose Carolyn Andrews of ReMax to handle both the SALE of our property and the purchase of a condo. Carolyn and her husband, Rick, have homes in both Denver and Silverthorne, Colorado and know the market conditions in both areas very well. Many of the homes purchased in Summit County are second home owners from the Denver area and Carolyn has a great "feel" as to the buying and selling wants/needs/ preferences, etc. We put our home on the market under Carolyn's guidance and it sold (for asking price) in about three weeks. Carolyn had also been showing us condos in the area - we wanted to "downsize" so we had a good idea of the condo market also. We closed on the sale of our home on a Monday and closed on the purchase of the condo the same day - the closings went flawlessly. Carolyn took care of ALL of the worry and concerns about selling and buying these properties. She immediately handled ALL questions from the seller or buyer promptly and efficiently - we had absolutely NO issues to worry about - she took care of EVERYTHING! Any questions / concerns we had were taken care of. She worked closely with the seller's agent on the condo purchase as well as the condo HOA to resolve any and all issues - she's a "bulldog" - ask her ANY question and she picks up the ball and gets it resolved quickly. Again, her knowledge of both the Summit County AND Denver real estate markets was a huge advantage - she knew what the Denver second homeowners were looking for and how it related to our home sale - she hit the nail on the head with ALL of her recommendations for the sale of our property. Her efficiency and coordination of the simultaneous selling / purchasing of the two properties was excellent - we never had a concern that things weren't moving along as expected. When, in the future, it comes time to sell our condo, there's NO question who our realtor will be. Can't recommend Carolyn Andrews highly enough.
