I hired Caroline to represent me in my home purchase and I don't think I could have been in better hands throughout the process. Caroline was exceptionally knowledgeable about the local housing market as well as regarding specific concerns I had about the type of home I was buying and the types of home features I wanted to have. She made me aware of concerns I may not have been aware of which helped me to purchase the right home and avoid potential future costly repairs I might have overlooked. She was responsive, prompt and professional in all our interactions and was available to be on site as needed throughout the purchase process. I can't recommend Caroline enough to be the realtor for your home purchase. She brings a personal touch to what can be a very stressful endeavor. I can happily say that despite the inherent challenges that home buying can bring, Caroline made the experience a pleasant one.

Caroline is a boss. She is fun and funny, and also tried succeeded in pivoting communication to work well with me and my fam. I need direct communication, and she did a great job of delivering that, and more importantly, when she didn't, she encouraged and accepted my feedback and did better. I also research a ton, and have very detailed questions and worries, and she was great at encouraging me to let her worry :). Things had gone really smoothly, and she was patient about showing, and re-showing homes, she was not pushy, and although she travelled quite a bit during our time together she was diligent about staying in the loop and planning around and during her travel. We had some issues once we had entered into the contract, and she worked quickly to problem-solve, which I am so used to having to be the problem solver in my life, so it was such a relief. We completed our purchase about a week ago as scheduled, and I was worried she would just disappear afterwards. She assured me that would not happen, and true to her word she has still been responding, and has become a friend. The most important aspect of finding an agent for me was finding someone who could be patient with me.I had done a lot of research trying to find someone who is an AuDHDer or other neurodivergent person to work with and was not finding anyone who was openly disclosing that in my area unfortunately. I had narrowed down to a handful of agents in my area that might be a good fit based on things they wrote about themselves/website info. I initially went with someone else, and they failed spectacularly at understanding me and my boundaries and needs. I was nervous, but ended the contract with them. I went back to my list and messaged Caroline again, and we met up, and she was so reassuring and I felt like she had enough experience with understanding people similar to me, that it felt safe and like we were a good fit. I am so glad I found her, and I can definitely recommend her to my community.

Caroline was great to work with. When we were ready to put our property on the market Caroline went right to work. She was meeting with us informing us with comps and showing us all the sites she would be listing the property. I was very impressed with how fast she was able to accomplish all of this. She kept us up to date with info regarding the market and gave advise on what we should do. Caroline was always available and answered any questions or concerns. Which I always had questions and concerns. I was also very impressed with all the hard work she put into getting the property sold and staying on top of it especially with me when she always had to send me a text and tell me to check my emails... LOL Caroline will be helping me now sell my home and find a new place soon and I know she will take care of everything and I will not have anything to worry about.
