Where do we start?! Working with Caroline was a dream, and she was exactly who we needed as first time homebuyers. Below are a few specific examples illustrating Caroline’s work ethic, dedication, and sincerity: 1) After meticulously reviewing the home inspection report and researching past proposals, Caroline wrote up a counter with substantial evidence for each claim... received a large credit applied to closing costs. 2) Windows were foggy/hazy (indication the seals failed) and seller couldn’t find the paperwork from Milgard, who replaced them years ago. Caroline looked up the serial numbers on each window and contacted Milgard... ALL windows were replaced under warranty. 3) We wanted to have some home improvements done and not only did Caroline personally recommend several contractors/handymen but she made sure she was present during each estimate... all were very friendly, reasonably priced, and each estimate was free of charge (Alfonso is the man). My family and I could not be happier in our new home or more satisfied with Caroline’s representation and we’re certain you’ll feel the same!
