The Best Experience Imaginable!!!

After attempting to reach two other agents, Caroline Reed called me, and I think it was one of my luckiest days ever! Caroline is incredibly knowledgeable and an expert teacher when it comes to explaining the process of making a purchase, and walking you through it from beginning to end. Caroline is what I refer to as a "doer," as she outlines what needs to be done, acts on it immediately, and communicates extremely well with the buyer. Her knowledge base is impressive, to say the least, but she is also incredibly pleasant (fun, actually). Every time I got off the phone with Caroline I would say to my husband "Our Realtor is fantastic!" My husband and I bought our home in New York over twenty-five years ago so purchasing our property in Crisfield still felt like a very new process to us, which when I first thought about doing, felt daunting. However, after receiving Caroline's call there was no looking back, and absolutely no doubt. Each day we got closer to fulfilling our dream, and Caroline made us feel confident in the decision-making that we had to undergo. Caroline has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and she could not be anymore personable than she is. I found her to be honest, engaging, and super smart, while at the same time extremely professional. Whenever I had a question, Caroline responded immediately. As I mentioned previously, I attempted to work with two other agents; one of them referred me to the other because she was really busy at the moment. When I reached out to the second agent I never heard back. I had initiated my contact through the app and when I received a text asking if I had been helped, I replied "no." From there I then received Caroline's call, which made it my lucky day. I grew up in Maryland. Upon sharing the news of our purchase I've told my friends that I have the only Realtor they should consider if they need one, whether it be on the eastern or western shore of the Chesapeake Bay. Caroline Reed is the best!
