I was so fortunate to have found Caoline. As my Realtor, she helped me find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. She understood my needs and was patient as as I looked at homes over several months. She guided me skillfully in every step of the process. In short, she was always on my side working to make my house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Caroline was that she was always more focused on answering my questions, giving me good advice, and finding homes that met my needs than she was on closing a deal. She is on your side whether you are a buyer or seller. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home anywhere in Marin. She is highly knowledgeable, easy to work with and just gets it.

We were referred to Caroline by a friend who lives in San Anselmo as we focused our search on San Anselmo. In this tough market we knew we needed someone with local knowledge and intel in order to have a chance at finding our home, and we were right. Through the most stressful moments of staging, packing, showing, I would hear Caroline's lilting Irish accent and cheerful spirit which buoyed us until our closing day. I can't imagine anyone else having been able to convince us to stage and paint white our home of 32 years. How I had resisted that! But I trusted Caroline where I deeply distrusted most agents we had met. Never pushy, always ready to talk us through issues and difficulties. My one regret: having sold our home in Mill Valley, CA, we immediately moved to Florida and Italy---too far away to develop a life-long friendship with a woman who helped us so much and whom I would be so grateful to have as a friend.
