We started working with Caroline in early 2020. Caroline was extremely patient and understanding of our situation. After all the work Caroline did for us we ended up renting a home instead. Caroline was very understanding and wanted what was best for us at that time. After our rental time was up we contacted Caroline to see if she would work with us again to find a house to purchase. Caroline did not hesitate. Our emails, text messages, phone calls were all answered promptly. She was always ready, willing and able to be there for us. Whether it was getting property information or meeting us at open houses or showings or putting in offers for us she was professional, courteous and caring. Once we found a house she was there with us the whole way, especially in working with the seller realtor and forming a relationship to get the best deal for us.
