With the help of Caroline Lobevero, my husband and I were able to purchase a beautiful home in Boynton Beach, FL back in March as our winter escape from Massachusetts! We started the process back in January of 2022. Throughout the year, Caroline would show us listings via facetime. In February of 2023, we physically visited the area to narrow down our search. In one weekend we went to 18 different communities. During this time, Caroline had the patience of a saint. Not once did she try to talk us in to "settling." She allowed us to do what we had to do to determine which 55+ community would be best for us. Our thought process for this visit was just to determine which community we wanted to live in; not purchase. Our intentions were to hopefully purchase in the summer of 2023.
