Caroline Hobbs

My husband and I were in the position to finally purchase our first home but we had no idea how to go about it. How do you find an agent? How do you go about getting a loan? We were total newbies to this adult step in life. Caroline came to us as a recommendation from a good friend of ours who coincidently was already working with Caroline on his home purchase. After meeting with Caroline we knew we wanted to work with her. She understood that our work lives didn't leave us the luxury of much free time to view homes but that didn't stop her from learning about our tastes and needs, what we were looking for in a home, and where in the Bay Area we wanted to plant roots. She's confident, upfront and honest, organized and reliable. If we had any doubts or something didn't feel right for us she didn't push us into a direction we weren't wanting to head but rather she would talk us about what we were feeling and help us find a solution. Knowing that we could communicate and work with her regardless of where our work sent us gave us piece of mind knowing that we were getting everything lined up for each step in the process, even when we had to kick the search and offer process into overdrive when the rental we were in went onto the market. She made our first home purchase a positive home-buying experience. We are so thankful that we went thru our first home purchase process with Caroline by our side.
