Caroline was fantastic from start to finish. She was attentive, knew the area well, answered our endless questions and truly cared about our dreams for our home. She listened to our feedback, provided great homes to choose from and went above and beyond for us. We were buying from out of state and she made us feel so comfortable with the biggest purchase of our lives. She kept us calm and talked us through the nuances of mortgages, which she was incredibly knowledgeable about. She talked us through the potential that a home offered, and rooted for us the whole time. You can tell she loves the history and community of the NC coast, and made us really excited to move. She celebrated us so well, was always a smiling face, and had a great attitude even when we felt defeated. She always had a game plan, was efficient and extremely communicative the whole time. Caroline was one of the best agents I have ever worked with. We had many hurdles however Caroline made sure everything was done in a timely manner. She even came and helped me clean the house!!
