When we decided to sell our house, I checked out Zillow for realtors who had a lot of sales in our area, and then I read their reviews. Caroline's reviews were impressive and I especially liked that she offered staging as part of her expertise. I called and got an immediate response from Carolina: a very enthusiastic, energetic lady. She and Tania came to assess our house and encouraged us to sell it for top dollar. Her team actually came in and PAINTED some of our wood work and some new doors we just had installed. While we cleaned the house and tried to refresh it, they came behind with their eagle eyes and spotted areas that needed improvement. They brought in chairs and pillows and bold accent pieces to spruce up our home to make it look showcase ready, making good on their claim that they stage houses. They were also very kind and patient with my elderly father in helping him get his side of the house ready for show. Thanks to everyone working together to declutter, depersonalize and glam-it-up, we sold our home on the second day it was listed, and even got a strong, signed backup contract to ease our minds if something fell through with the first buyer. A lot of people say, "If you sold that quickly, then you probably sold for too low." But, Caroline took our home in a community where the comps are in the mid-$100Ks and was able to justify us selling our home for almost $220K (a ways above what we would have asked without their help). Our home will now be known as the highest priced house ever to sell in our community. So, if you're looking for a go-getter, someone who, with your faith and cooperation, will help you get top dollar and will be there to hold your hand through the process, Caroline is the one to go with; and I give Tania many kudos for giving us advice to make decisions on how to handle the offers we received.

Caroline sold my house to the perfect buyer on the first/second day of listing. She also helped me through the "updating process" as well as the staging. My house sole before two NEW houses down the street. Finally, she helped me with securing contractors who repaired requests from buyers after inspection. Overall an unbelieveable process! What a great person and realtor!
