It was a property located in the country, with no contractors available to do the work to meet FHA requirements, and where they could not find someone to fix what needed fixing to meet all the lender requirements, Caroline's husband Marty, her partner in Real Estate, figured out a way even when they had to do it themselves! Caroline Collins and her husband, Marty are a great team. They not only sell houses, but they have rental experience, investment experience, home repair experience, etc. It is great having an agent who can tell you how much you may want to set aside for repairs on a future home. Not only that, but what agent will come over on a weekend to help you with repairs on your house, or let you borrow their tile saw when you first buy a house so you don't have to rent one and teach you how to use it?! Caroline Collins is opinionated, and can initially come across as a little rough around the edges, but I actually found that helpful. If you want a realtor who will just sell you what you want without giving their expert opinion, Caroline is not your realtor... but if you want true industry expertise and to hear important feedback on homes and their value and potential, Caroline is your realtor. I highly recommend her and value her opinion and input greatly. She is an outstanding resource for all things real estate related.
