I am a first time buyer and trust me when I say, I am a picky person and Caroline Chai understood everything I was looking for in a home. I really really recommend her as your Realtor. She goes above and beyond, is very knowledgeable on what she does, is very professional and makes you feel like part of her family. She looks after your best interest and makes sure you are taken care of. Caroline is such a sweet and caring realtor, she will make sure everything is effortless on your side. Caroline is one of the best agent I ever worked with. I have been using Caroline for years for my properties, she always found a great tenants for me and all stayed several years. Last year I sold one of my properties in Rancho Cucamonga and it was a big mistake I did not use Caroline as my agent. I thought I would find a local agent. It fell out of escrow once and lasted over 5 months to close at lower price. When I decided to sell my house in Chino Hills I chose Caroline. In seven weeks after my tenant left the house she closed escrow at top price, she help me remodel the house and get it ready to list in less than 10 days, went into escrow the first day. She is very knowledgeable and she has great test on remodeling the house.

I relied on her recommendations from painting whole house, removing popcorn ceiling, changing the knots and etc. My house was transformed to be more appealing. Subsequently, there were more traffic and multiple offers for my house. And, the house was SOLD.

Her application for rental asks you to text her your credit card info to run your credit score. I did not feel comfortable texting my credit card info to someone I don’t know, it sounds totally shady. So I came into the office in person to write a check for the screening fee & submit my lease application. The receptionist at the office also agreed it was weird that Caroline wanted me to text her my credit card number. After the application process, by law you are required to give the applicant a copy of credit report if the application is denied based on information in the credit report. I asked her multiple times for a copy of my credit report and she never responded. I have no clue what she does with the application info and credit card info once she takes them and refuses to communicate. Overall a very shady experience, there are plenty of other realtors in the area. It’s not worth the lack of trustworthiness and lack of responsiveness to deal with an agent like her during a stressful period of searching for a home.
