Caroline made our homebuying a very pleasant experience. We had a long path to our search and she was patient and dedicated throughout. Once we found our home, her responsiveness and communication not only helped with the logistics of the transaction, but also made us feel comfortable and secure. She took extra steps to be more helpful than she had to be; Caroline Candib is absolutely wonderful to work with! It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. She really cares about her clients as well as the community and neighborhood she lives in. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase a home!

A GREAT experience from start to closing! Caroline was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and such a joy to have as our realtor. The Miami Beach real estate market is tough, but because Caroline grew up here she knew all of the right people with whom to work and how to approach and deal with some “challenging” sellers. She was never too busy to deal with any issue that arose, and she worked diligently to make the process as smooth as possible. To us, a real bonus was she directed us to extremely competent people with whom we had to work (ie a law firm, a mortgage broker, and an inspection company that were all first rate. They all knew Caroline and wanted to please her as much as us!) I have already referred her to a friend who is also very pleased with her work ethic and lovely personality.

We needed a house to rent and Caroline was extremely helpful in finding and negotiating for us. She handled the entire procedure for us and we were very impressed with her knowledge and expertise. I would say if you need help with renting or buying Caroline is the one to use. You will get the process completed professionally and in a timely manner.

Caroline's extensive knowledge of the local real estate market and connections allowed us to quickly sell our home at a great price. She was then able to locate a new larger family home and help to negotiate a quick close and again great price. Would recommend hiring Caroline for any of your Miami real estate needs.
