Caroline Allison

My wife and I have known Caroline for a few years, as she was our neighbor from when we lived in Houston. When we moved out of the area, we turned our home into a rental for a few years, and then decided to sell. Since we no longer lived in Houston, we needed someone we could trust and that is truly where Caroline came in. Not only did she act as our Real Estate Agent, but she wore a double hat as a Project Manager as well. The home needed some TLC and upon Caroline’s instruction, we began to make the necessary changes to make the home sale-ready. She began by getting bids from reputable contractors, then began to hire contractors, so the home looked great for photos and showings. Caroline ensured all repairs were done on-time and completed at a high level. We finally got our house under contract, but the contract fell out, and then Harvey hit. And we found ourselves faced with dealing with an insurance claim and another round of contractors. Throughout the entire process, Caroline has been the one person we were able to trust. After many showings, and responding to market feedback, we finally started getting in offers, even during the Christmas holidays. I can't think of a better way to celebrate the New Year, then finally being able to close and sell our house. She worked really hard, and was in constant communication with us. She never gave up despite all of the challenges we were faced with during the sale. Caroline was phenomenal! I'd highly recommend her. We couldn't be happier!"
