I am writing this letter out of pure thankfulness and appreciation of Carolina Tapia Urzua. Her knowledge of the real estate market in the Bay Area, combined with her professionalism made the sale of my property the easiest business with which I have ever been involved. I literally did no work to sell my property, because Carolina did everything. She suggested the marketing time, displayed knowledge of current market sales, recommended and schedualed staging, and paid attention to all of the details of my open house presentations that she conducted. When offers came in, she investigated buyers financing and recommended sound advise about the quality of the offers. In short, I could not have had better professional representation then Carolina. Carolina is a very energetic and motivated agent. She handled every step of our sale with the utmost professionalism. As a member of the trusted and experienced Gallagher and Lindsey real estate team, Carolina went the extra mile to expose our listing to as many eyes as possible. There were multiple open houses, mailed flyers, internet ads, physical ads, and a brokers tour. From the first week we contacted each other, we setup our 'plan'. First the cleaning and staging to the photo shoot. Carolina provided a professional photographer to come in and take several pictures of the highest quality. These photos were used for all the various media outlets and the MLS listing. We had multiple offers come in on our 'offer date' and she guided us through the details of the offers and we closed smoothly. The whole process could not have gone any smoother.
