Carolina is an excellent agent and she was always responsive and on top of everything. She knew the area very well and was patient with the many houses we visited before I found the one. The negotiation process was tough because I was abroad for about month and there were some communication issues with the seller that I think could have been avoided. But luckily, Carolina was able to solve them. I greatly recommend her for her expertise, commitment, and patience!
