After experiencing a negative situation with another realtor, we employed Carolina. She and her husband Jason are two of the most competent, hard working, trust worthy individuals I have ever met. They dove right in with a can do attitude, and got the house market ready in less than a week. They also helped with following through during the sale and move out. I highly recommend them, and wish I had worked with them from the start!
