Carolena was easy to reach and very flexible. I was a little stressed because it was my first time buying a home, and I had heard nightmares about agents that are pushy or not always honest, but Carolena was upfront about issues with houses and offered good advice. I also appreciated that she had trusted recommendations for loans and inspectors. All around, she made the experience as good as it can be.

I called Carolina to tell her that I was going to put my house on the market but wanted to sell it myself as I needed to keep a certain amount of money. She however was the only agent I would let in my house as she had sold a previous one for me and done such a great job. As we talked she let me know I was not asking enough. I almost doubted her but she explained the market at the time and assured me my price was too low. I let her know that if she could get the price she quoted I could absolutely afford for her to list it and would be a fool not to. She literally did all the work. She not only got the price she quoted but negotiated another Ten Grand on top of it with me doing NO repairs. There isn't another Realtor that works as hard or cares as much as Carolina. I know. I've been out there. Oh ya, this is two houses she's listed for me now and they both sold immediately and closed within 30 days. She has helped my family with two purchases also. Again she negotiated great prices and terms for us. She knows her stuff.
