Carolee Locklear

Carolee was an amazing realtor for a first time homebuyer. She spent a lot of time with me in the beginning to understand the process and how everything worked. She helped me narrow down my search area, and really understand the neighborhoods. When showing me a house, she was great at helping me envision how I would use the space, and focus on what would work for me and what wouldn't. She gave me a lot of confidence as a first time buyer, and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Carolee was proactive throughout the entire home-buying process. As first time home buyers, it was nice to have someone with such great experience. We found ourselves in a back-and-forth negotiation and Carolee really did great helping us get the best price on our house. We have no reservation recommending Carolee to be our realtor!
