Carole is an extremely competent and professional agent. When we were looking at houses, she was quick to give us her two cents on the quality of the property vs others at a similar price point in the area. In other words, she does a great job as your agent and provides her opinion and expertise when you are deciding if a property is what you want. She is also really good to have in your corner during negotiation. We had a particularly difficult situation, with seller and seller's agent being extremely wishy washy and non- committal. Carole stuck by us the whole time and also held the seller's agent accountable throughout the process. Overall, we had a great experience to her, and would recommend her to anyone!
