I bought my first home from Kubis Realty and sold it with them they are not a very large firm but you will get the feeling like you are part of the family they look out for you best interests even if you are in another state.

"We lived in our house in Middletown for 30 years. We were planning to sell in the spring of 2019 and wanted to prescreen a couple of local realtors and get some thoughts on what needed to be done to get the house ready for sale. Carole Kubis of KRG beat out all others based on experience and local knowledge. Carole gave excellent advice on things to do and things to leave as is. I was surprised when she told me to "paint the garage floor" among just a few other tasks. She convinced us to list in the Autumn since we were only waiting for the Spring market. We were extremely impressed when Carole held three open houses in the first three weeks and we had an offer within 5 weeks! The sale was closed in 11 weeks for the expected sale mount! (ours was not a simple sale, either as there is a pond on an adjacent property only separated with a wood barn type fence - scenic, YES / child friendly, NOT FOR TODDLERS ! When we got to know the Buyers, (with 3 children age 8 and older) one thing they commented on was how spotless the garage was and the impression the garage floor made on them. Carole and her team carefully guided us through the entire process of listing, negotiating, inspections and finally closing. It was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend this team."

Carole, Charlie and the rest of the staff were, for the third time in my life, extremely responsive, professional and successful in helping with every aspect of the sale of my house. I may not have given them a million dollar home to sell, but as expected, they treated it like it was. They promised it would sell and it did...and quickly too! They are very knowledgeable about the market and the Middletown area and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell. Through all the trials and tribulations associated with the sale of my home, they managed to minimize the stress of it all with their dedication and expertise. Carole and Charlie joked with me a long time ago (for the sale of my small condo in 1997), that they would not get rich from these "little sales", but they are the bread and butter in their business. I learned that they treat them just as they would the "big sales" and I truly appreciate it.

It didn't take long for Carole to figure out what I liked--and didn't like--in a house. That saved me a lot of time during the house search time, which helped a lot because I was driving 90 minutes on weekends and even some weekdays to tour houses for sale in the Red Bank area. She was quick to reply to texts and phone calls, and helped me negotiate a good deal on my dream empty nester's house. Thanks Carole!
