We both sold and bought a home with Carole. Thanks to her expertise and attentiveness both transactions went smoothly. Carole guided us through the negotiations regarding price and repairs to be completed on the houses after inspection. She sold our house in a timely manner & we were able to close on both homes the same day. We had a great experience. I have recommended Carole to several friends.

We were extremely fortunate to find Carole when we were planning to move down here (relo from Midwest)! I’m very fussy, needed to see several homes (which Carole gladly showed us!), and ultimately took her advice on location and ended up exactly where we needed to be. Carole was quick to recognize what our needs were and our preferences in style and lifestyle. Carole has an amazing ability to stay calm and find a resolution to the issues that came up (repairs, loan acquisition and closing, renting from seller until loan could close, etc.). We trusted her completely and I’m glad we did- she was the voice of reason throughout the entire process. She helped get us settled into the area with advice on renovations, childcare, schools, restaurants, and fun things to do with the kids (I still sometimes reach out to her for advice!). She’s also been amazing at helping find an investment property- and she’s always ready with details and market info- for which I am very grateful!

We've been working with Carole to sell hour house and if we had to do it again, we will certainly search for someone else . She is very rigid in her thinking and we have been obliged several time to ask if she was working with us . She's working for herself and does not defend our interest. She wants her commission and that's all . Unfortunately i will not recommend her to any seller . Frederic and Melani P.
