Carole helped me properly price my condo. She helped getting it ready for sale with price appropriate suggestions and finally helped sell it and weed out the low ball offers from truly interested parties. She handled all of the details with my best interests at heart. I fully recommend her!!

Carole recommended pushing the envelope a bit and price the home a little aggressively on the high side. I received several offers within days of the home being on the market. Unfortunately, the appraisal didn’t give me the value we hoped for so we had to renegotiate terms. Carole did extensive research and argued for the value and eventually was able to get the buyer to agree to above appraisal price and the house sold. Without her strong sense of what is right and ability to not only research the statistics to support price but to argue/negotiate the terms, I would not have made it to the closing table. I would highly recommend her as a Realtor.
