Mrs. Carole Horn was very professional and supportive throughout all my dealings with her and her team! She is very sincere, caring and proactive in her approach to recommendations to getting your property sold ! I would refer anyone and everyone to her ! Just a few Examples of her recommendations were the landscaping, and lawn always being cut and fresh looking , pool being kept on with waterfall ,have all the common areas extremely tidy and clean. Have closets not cluttered and organized. make sure all extra amenities are being flaunted and seen example security Cameras, alarm systems Fire and security , Surround sound systems and all the extras in garage and Guest House besides main house. I could go on and on but she truly cares about her clients like family! This was all done during a very depressed economy not to mention also the corona virus outbreak! My home was in the higher range as for as the market is concerned but through her perseverance she helped me get through it and got it sold! I consider her a true friend and like family. Mrs Carole was always there for me when I needed her advise or any questions. Again not to repeat but she is a total Professional that cares about people. She is in my book the best I have personally bought and sold many properties in my past in several states she is at the top of the list for me!
