Carole Gray

We currently live in Texas and wanted to buy property in the Boone area of North Carolina. We met Carole in March the first time by telephone. After several conversations telling her what we were looking for, we flew to NC and spent a week looking at properties with Carole. She was exceptionally well prepared about each property we visited and had gone out to see each property on her own before we arrived. Her knowledge of the area and patience in teaching us about mountain living and property buying was hugely appreciated. We did not find what we were looking for on that trip but kept on working with Carole. We returned in July and Carole had found 3 properties matching our requirements 100%. It was very difficult to descide but we made an offer and closed 4 weeks later. The process from start to finish was smooth, with Carole guiding us each step of the way. She then went above and beyond in helping us by following up on the various requirements during the due diligence process and with introductions to a local bank, suggestions for possible builders and designers. Both Carole and her husband Richard are just the kindest and warmest people we have met and we look forward to seeing them on our next trip to Boone.
