Carole Ann Elliott is a Realtor who goes above and beyond expectations. She made the process (s) easier with her knowledge and handling of the HOA rules and regulations, doing most of the needed processes for them herself. Carole was at our mom’s home (who just passed away) watering the potted plants and getting our mail, setting out the trash when we could not be in town. She walked me through all the paperwork process which took the load off me and my family. She is professional and honest, and I cannot say enough good and positive things about her.

We used Carole Elliott as a buyers agent and then later also our selling agent. When my father purchased his condo in Sun Lakes CC a few years back, he needed an agent that understood his needs as a veteran using his VA loan. She did all the legwork finding him a home in his price range, connecting him with a lender that did VA loans (although I feel like Carole did so much of the organizing of VA forms ), and keeping my father on schedule and stress-free. She negotiated a good price for him also. Carole had a wealth of information on the market, and the process! A couple years later, Carole sold a property for us in a more down market(than today). She worked tirelessly holding open houses and using many forms of marketing and again got a great sales price for that home, with an easy escrow process due to her diligence and knowledge.
