Carole is the BEST real estate agent ever! From start to finish she was there with us. Carole is down to earth, honest and provided expert advice/guidance. At the start she provided us information on comparable properties in our area that had recently sold and what we could reasonably expect our house to sell for. She made small recommendations to make the property look better and sell quicker. She assisted us with finding vendor's to complete the work who were reliable, reasonably priced and did quality work. We always felt she had our best interest at heart and was absolutely amazing. She continually kept in contact with us, responded to our questions, normally within minutes. Our house was under contract FOR FULL PRICE in 12 days. She accompanied us to the closing 30 days later, ensuring everything went smooth and all our questions were answered.
