Carol Willmont is quite simply the very best realtor I've ever encountered. We first met in Brookline years ago as we'd been sent by a local realtor to "look at" a house on Brook St. Carol was showing a house nearby, and when her clients left, we asked if we might see the house she'd been showing. That evening, back in Lowell, we got a call from Carol tellin us she had six places for us to see if we could get down to Brookline. We did so, bought our present 3-decker house on Brook St, and since then Carol has handled ALL my rentals brilliantly. It gives me great pleasure to give Carol the very highest recommendation. She's truly a real winner.
