Carol was the best to work with. She was always on top of everything. Not only that but always a phone call away. We moved out of state before she sold our house and she was there for to let the movers In and then cleaned up afterwards. That is going above and beyond!!! Carol was so willing to help us from day one. We were first time sellers so this part of the process was brand new to us and we had a lot of questions that carol was always happy to answer. She gave us tips to get our house ready for market, had awesome photos taken, and got it sold in ONE day for above asking! We had a great buyer, got to closing on time and little to no issues along the way. We could not have asked for a better selling scenario. We were also buying a new house simultaneously which can be a very stressful process and carol helped make sure we found a great house to meet all of our needs. The market was VERY hot and even through that, carol was still able to get us into a house we love in a great neighborhood and to closing on time to match up with the closing of our old home.
