Neil and carol were absolutely fantastic! We were first time home buyers and had no idea what to expect or to look for. Neil and Carol were with us every step of the way. They always made sure we understood exactly what was going on. We have 2 kids and they even made sure the houses we were looking at fit their needs too. After we bought our house, we had some issues afterwards and they even helped us with that. Words cannot express how much I appreciate them. They went above and BEYOND what I could even ask for!
