A neighbor my parents knew were realtors and were good about mailing a frequent ad for their agency, one of which was posted on our fridge of all things. Fast forward many more years, after my parents passed and I needed to sell the house, I called the number on the postcard in hopes they would help. They had just retired shortly before they called, but they were still a huge help... they referred me to Carol & Tony Marino. From the moment we met them, they took interest in the property to make it their project and it felt like it was their only project (in the best way possible thinking that). They helped with every single detail from items needing repairs and items to upgrade to more contemporary desires and considered our budget, to fantastic drone and still/video pros to highlight the property and yard at listing time. While selling a childhood home can be a challenge, to say the least, they made it an exceptional experience. I want to say on the listing weekend and first open house alone, after about a month and a half of work and repairs, we received more than a dozen offers... most remained in consideration. They said it would be like that, of course who would not be skeptical. But they had done their homework and even the extra credit assignment. Carol & Tony knew what they were talking about. I am pretty sure it took less than a week to sell, and about a month to complete the close (no one's fault, just terms of the offer to help the buyer meet a well deserved career related buyer's credit). And that was it, house sold. All in for what is a very painstaking process, Carol & Tony were open to calls when we had questions or issues arise, they listened and THEY KNEW THE AREA. So they knew how to coach us in decisions when we just could not find enough research on our own. Stress alleviation for certain!
