My husband and I knew we’d hit realtor “gold” when we first met Carol Tinnin back in October 2018. We’d just started exploring the Eastern shore and she knew the entire area intimately. She knew exactly who to call for our all-important home inspection that included two boat lifts, pool, a well, water treatment system, propane tank, among other systems. She answered all our questions quickly, thoroughly, and respectfully. Since we were selling our home at the same time we were purchasing our new one, we were a bit frazzled but Carol kept us on track. The settlement was calm and easy for having had her as our agent. Carol is a consummate professional. She is our lucky find!
