Carol served as the agent / broker for the sale of a cabin we recently purchased in southwest Montana. Acting as the agent for the seller, Carol was extremely helpful to us the buyers as well. We are remote from the community where all public records are kept. Carol obtained all land ownership, land survey, and other important records on our behalf and did it with a smile and positive attitude.
