Story time! We have been on the hunt for our forever dream property to start our business, homestead, and grow our family for almost 5 years now. During that time I have worked with several different realtors on and off. I have to say that Carol has been the best, fastest, most flexible, and most reliable person that I have ever dealt with. From day one when I was sending her properties to look at - within 10 minutes I had all the information for the property, disclosures, and available times to go check it out. If it wasn't for meeting Carol on one of my tiktok lives - this dream come true would have never been possible. I will forever and always recommend Carol for anyone that wants to buy a property in KY. Even through the shit show that this process was - she was always able and willing to answer all of my questions and help for me to understand the parts of the process that we were at. There was even an issue with the water test that was needed. She straight up came out to the property with the sample, collected the water, and drove it to the testing site for us. I wish that I could give Carol more than 5 stars!
