She was very patient in answering our novice questions and always provided us with detailed and precise answers. She was always accommodating of our schedules and sometimes would tour houses all day to help us because of our limited availability in the area. Carol also gave us a detailed overview of the market trends, which was really helpful in making our decision. During bidding, Carol and Graham were always spot-on in giving a number for the competitive bid, helped us prepare clean bidding packets and were thorough in following up with the selling agent. They always ensured that we were comfortable making a bid and we never felt pressured working with them.
