From our first phone call, Carol showed us her commitment to our needs. Not only is she knowledgeable, but a compassionate, courteous and respectful human being who put our needs first. We met with her several times when we flew to Florida from NY in which she always accommodated for our limited time needs to view as many homes as possible, even with repeat showings or if we changed our focus. She took a patient, amenable, understanding and non- threatening approach with us which helped immeasurably in ultimately making the right decision when purchasing our new home. Carol’s competence was unwavering throughout the COVID ordeal which unfortunately interfered in various ways, namely us not being able to be physically involved with the purchase. She went above and beyond in her duties as a realtor to trusted friend whose knowledge and negotiation skills made this long distance purchase seamless and successful, keeping us informed and stress-free every step of the way. All paperwork was easily, effectively and accurately completed through email. We were extremely satisfied and thankful for the positive experience Carol helped to provide for us.
