Carol is hands down the best agent we had. We worked closely with Carol over several months as the type of home we wanted and the location evolved. Whether it was new construction or a 20-year old existing suburban home, Carol patiently worked with us. She answered our questions, and when she didn’t know something, she actively and promptly sought out the answers. We had a purchase fall through forcing us to back out. She was always completely supportive of our decision. Kind, and never pushy. She establishes good rapport with the seller’s agents and with that, is able to get good, fair deal. After several months, with Carol’s help, we finally found our home and we couldn’t be happier.
