Carol knows the ins and outs of the real estate business . Carol really went above and beyond with getting the house ready to sell. I needed a new air conditioner and she had a person for that. Needed a handyman and she had a person for that. Getting the remaining items out of the house she had a company come and take everything out. The house was only on the market for two months and sold at full asking price. I couldn’t have done it without her expertise and knowledge.
