We hired Carol to sell my mother’s house, and she was on top of things at every stage of the sale. Whenever I had a question or concern she was very quick to return my texts and phone calls. When asked, Carol gave me advice and always thoroughly explained why something was or was not a wise idea. Carol was a joy to work with, and I would work with her again.

Carol did an amazing job. She went above and beyond in every aspect. She did more than her job entitled such as meeting the appraiser.

Absolutely great to work with, an absolute joy. Worked with us and made it happen! Words cannot express how pleased my wife and I were with Carol. Definitely will recommend to anyone who asks! Thanks again for everything Carol!

Carol was very easy to work with throughout the process and maintained good communication.

Carol listed my property and it sold in ONE DAY with multiple offers. She is very attentive, wonderful advice and gets the job done! She's amazing! She knows her market, she knows how to get quick results. She has professional pictures taken and even down to the tiniest detail of how to best show your place for sale. Simply, it works and so does she!!!
