Carol knows the local market! She made helpful suggestions which resulted in a listing on Friday and a sale on Monday. Understood our needs and concerns - she put us at ease about our choices in listing our condo and accepting an offer.

Carol is very knowledgeable with the market. She knew our wants and needs. Would use her again!
