Moving to a new state is a grand adventure and with it comes plenty of worries. I was recommended to your team and I have to say that this was the best experience I have ever had with any Realty company. Neal is an amazing professional, one who's (great) patience, diligence, and helpfulness will excel him in anything that he does. What I got was definitely not worth what I paid for. They, specifically Jeffrey, were extremely unresponsive, refused to take my concerns into consideration and acted like they were doing me a favor the entire time they had my house listed, even though they were paid a sizable commission for their work. I would have been much better off listing the house for sale by owner since ALL they did was list the house on MLS, make lame excuses and provide terrible advice (such as "maybe we should take the house off the market for a while" right after the flood when it was one of the few homes in the area that DID NOT FLOOD). Do not use this "team" for your buying/selling needs unless you want bad advice and to be shafted out of your money.

Wonderful team. My house was flooded before we could get to act of sale and the buyers pulled out. Carol suggested we clean up and get house back on market. Had 2 offers same week, we closed 3 weeks later as an "as is" sale. Really needed everyone's support and guidance in the heat of the crisis.
