Carol's market knowledge was superlative. She knows my area extremely well. Carol sold my previous home in 1979 - 42 years ago. We bought my next home in 1979 - it was for sale by the owner, but Carol was extremely helpful in assisting in the purchase of that home. I have known Carol for almost 50 years and there was no doubt in my mind who I was going to contact when it came time to sell my home. Her knowledge, expertise, and experience were just terrific in the sale of my home. She knows just about everyone in my locale with regards to the real estate business and what it takes to sell your home at top dollar. Her plans for the sale of my home were spot on. I am so pleased.
