Carol was fantastic! From the very beginning, she guided us through what we needed to do to prepare to sell our home, through several ups and downs, giving us all kinds of support and going way beyond what we would expect to help us through things. We ran into an issue with our septic system and she was right in there helping us find someone to resolve it. We had lots of questions along the way and she was very responsive. If she didn't have an answer, she found someone who did. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to sell. She is a true professional who has the client in mind the whole time.
