Carol is a five star agent.  I would highly recommend her.  She sold two properties, one residential and one commercial.  Carol is professional and as a realtor goes above and beyond.  She helped prepare the building for sale and reached out to potential buyers.  Carol maintained excellent contact with me the entire time and took the time to make calls and keep in touch.  Carol made a long distance sale easy and took on the task to make sure a sale happened.  She scheduled inspections, used different strategies, maintained contacts, etc.  This was the most positive real estate experience I have ever had.  Again, I would highly, highly recommend Carol to anyone in need of real estate assistance.
