Carol was so kind & helpful as she worked with us on the sale of my deceased brother's home in Tyrone; she was empathetic to our loss, listened to our requests & took extra time to communicate with us & give expert advice each step of the way. Our situation was a bit complicated, as we live in SD. We wanted to sell the property in a short period of time "as is", which meant that Carol needed to be diligent to assess the market & find that right person or company out of a small pool of potential buyers. Sure enough, she did it!!! (Something akin to walking on water.) Carol checked in with us after the sale as well. She is such a dear lady! We still remember our conversations with Carol fondly & thank God for her. She is a great asset to your team.
