My first transaction went so well I went back - This is my second real estate transaction with Carol and just like in the first purchase, she was able to negotiate a substantial discount off the listing price. She always responded quickly to any questions or concerns I had. This was a much more challenging purchase due to the fact it was a production orchard with single family home and needed to include equipment and personal property as well as financial evaluations. I would highly recommend Carol to anyone interested in real estate in the Chelan /Manson area.
